Submission procedure

Papers can be submitted to VII IFM in three formats: Poster, Extended Abstract and Full Article.

The contribution must be original and unpublished and not have been submitted to any journal or conference. The methodology, as well as the concepts contained in the manuscripts are the sole responsibility of the authors, so, when submitting the communication, they are assuming compliance with legal, deontological and ethical norms.

The works can be presented in English, Portuguese and Spanish and must not have any identification of the author(s) or contain any reference that can identify them.

The work must include an abstract in English if written in another language and in Portuguese if the article is written in English or Spanish.

A maximum limit of 2 works as first author or co-author applies. The inclusion of communications in the program is subject to the formal registration of one of the authors.

The process of submission, review, notification of acceptance and submission of final versions will be done through the EasyChair platform. Therefore, authors must submit their articles through the online submission system: Click here
